Shipping

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. We aim to ship every order the next working day after it is placed.

• UK: Standard delivery 2–3 working days · Free on orders over £25
• Europe: Standard delivery 5–10 working days · £15 · Free on orders over £75
• Rest of World: Standard delivery 7–15 working days · £20 · Free on orders over £100

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow the full delivery window before contacting us about a late order.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our handmade skincare products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their order.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not as described, we will offer a full refund or replacement. To be eligible you must:

• Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
• Provide photographic evidence of the issue
• Reach us via Instagram @shopearthed or email support@shopearthed.co

Once we have reviewed your evidence, we will process your refund or send a replacement within 5 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by contacting us before your next renewal date. Please reach out via Instagram or email and we will cancel your subscription with no questions asked.
